libmigemo-dev software package provides Japanese incremental search tool written in C - development binaries, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmigemo-dev
libmigemo-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmigemo-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmigemo-dev *
You will get with libmigemo-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
